First and foremost:
You do not need to link your bank account in order to give to Moose Ministries.

You can continue to give securely using a debit or credit card at any time.

These instructions are provided only for those who choose to link a bank account as a way to help reduce transaction fees charged by the payment processor that handles donations on our behalf. When fees are lower, more of your gift goes directly toward ministry impact.

Your generosity—no matter how you give—truly makes a difference, and we are grateful for every gift.

Why Some Donors Choose to Link a Bank Account

Linking a checking account is completely optional, but some supporters choose this method because:

  • It can reduce processing fees
  • More of your donation goes directly to ministry work
  • It’s a convenient option for recurring giving
  • The process is secure and encrypted

Again, this is simply an option—not a requirement.

Before You Begin

To link a bank account, you will need:

  • A checking account (savings accounts are not supported)
  • Access to your online banking or your bank routing and account numbers
  • A few minutes to complete the secure setup

Step-by-Step: How to Link Your Bank Account

Step 1: Sign Into Your Giving Profile

Open the Moose Ministries giving page or app.
Tap the profile icon and sign in using your email.

Step 2: Go to Payment Methods

Once logged in, navigate to your account settings and select Payment Methods.
This is where you manage how you give.

Step 3: Add a Bank Account

Choose the option to Add Bank Account and select Bank Account as your payment method.

Step 4: Securely Verify Your Information

You’ll be prompted to enter your name, email, and bank details.
For most banks, verification happens instantly through a secure connection.

Step 5: Confirmation

Once verified, your bank account will appear as an available payment option for future giving.

You’re all set!

Manual Verification Option (If Needed)

If instant verification isn’t available for your bank, you may see an option for manual verification.

Here’s how that works:

  • Enter your checking account and routing number
  • Within 1–3 business days, two small deposits (less than $1 each) will appear in your account
  • Return to your Payment Methods and enter those amounts to confirm ownership

Once completed, your account will be fully linked.
